Gym Stars started the first All Star cheerleading team in the Hudson Valley in 1999. Gym Stars has produced National Champions. Practice Schedule 2009-2010 Cheerleading tumbling Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 Cheerleading practice's are held on Sunday's only. Youth, Junior and Senior teams practice times will be posted soon.
